Mike Ball - State Farm Insurance Agent

Mike took his time and went over our current policy's for our vehicles, homeowners and motorcycle insurance, he made sugesstions where we could make updates and or adjustments. He was very helpful through the process of getting new policy's through State Farm. I found Mike very knowledgable and helpful in answering questions. He was able to quickly put our new policy's in affect. We especially appreciated Mike's kindness and quick communication to our needs.

Mike Ball went above and beyond. Even though my claim didn’t meet my deductible, he still helped me through the process and took the time to review my policy afterward to find savings to help offset the loss. Responsive, knowledgeable, and actually looks out for his clients. Highly recommend.

Easy bill paying made life Super convenient. I had state farm for a few years and everything was great until recently. I was looking into buying a new vehicle so I called them two times over the span of three days. The first time a woman helped me and she was great. The second time a man helped me and was not so great. I’d ask him to give me an insurance estimate on two vehicles And he said to me “how many vehicles are you gonna keep asking us about” in a rude tone. I had only asked about 3 different vehicles as I was between those 3 options. So that really threw me off. After receiving the quote I said thank you and I will call back if and when I need to add anything vehicles or change anything with my policy. I did buy a new vehicle but decided to use progressive due to a better rate. I

We had a very minor bump with our car bumper and Mike was wonderful helping us navigate the system. The claim was accepted and work is now being done. I can't say enough about everyone in the office. They answer the phone and are always ready to help. We have been with State Farm since the 1970's and with Mike Ball since he opened up his office. I highly recommend Mike and the entire staff.

We unfortunately had a house fire several years ago. On that day there were a lot of people doing a lot of things. The fire dept had not completely extinguishing the hot spots when Mike showed up asking what he could do to help. We lost everything we had that day and had no idea what to do next. As a business person who regularly deals with insurance companies, this is not in the job description for an agent. From the beginning of the repair process to the end Mike was available to help us with communications between adjusters and others necessary for us to return to our home. Above and beyond the service expected! We are very fortunate to have Mike as a member of the Gettysburg community!!
