My initial experience with Otterstedt was for the Master Insurance Policy for my 6 unit townhouse association. I wasn't happy with the lack of response and then very vague responses I received from my then agent on any questions related to the policy. After sending a copy of the master policy to Anthony, he came back with multiple questions on specific coverages we had which, as it turned out, we did not even need!! So for years, our association had been wasting money on coverage we didn't even need. Needless to say, I changed my personal polices to Otterstedt as agent as well. Great service, very detailed!!
