I was a customer for about 7 years mo accidents no major tickets no points but still every year on a regular basis they raised the monthly payment with an accused that it's came from headquarters of all state I went to progressive got the same policy cheaper. Now my policy due date every month was on the 27th or 28th of every month. I ended my policy on the 6-25 but still they want $30 fee. Money obsession not so honest

Should give bigger discount during the pandemic. Drivewise doesnt seem to be working, I've been driving less but my discount percentage hasnt gotten better.

I seem to get a quick response to my questions through email, which is very convenient for me. I have not used them, yet, since my move, so I don’t know what to say!
