Ohana Health Plan

I hardly ever write a negative review but this one must be put out there. I am struggling with healing my body after 2 car accident last year. Ohana Health Plan offered a traditional healer reimbursement benefit which I took advantage of since I needed all the help I could get. Unfortunately I learned from the get go that getting my money back was a nightmare. I did 3 sessions over the year and every time I did the paperwork to receive reimbursement they played games with me. They claimed they never received my forms, even though I faxed multiple times and had proof it went through. Then I mailed them in and they claimed they already paid me, which I proved over and over again that they didn't. This has been going on for a year and a half. The last check I am still waiting on- 6 months bac

I've been suffering over 2 years with my lower back, I did all the shots, doctor says I need surgery, wellcare ohana denied it! MRI and Xrays shows how bad it is, I can hardly walk. Those of you changing your heath plan, I would not recommend wellcare ohana.

Best ever!!! Helpful and reasonable. So much more that I can't explain but if you need a helping hand Ohana is your family...plain and simple

Not the best. Services are fair. Their transportation sub contractor “Inteliride “ is inefficient and of poor quality. Often late or they just abandon you.

They were able to answer all of my questions promptly
