Judy came recommended for her unbeatable prices. After going over several quotes, they were comparable to the big name companies. The coverage was however a lot less. Judy was very hostile in her emails and phone conversations, constantly talking over and berating. Going off on tangents without answering the real questions being asked. This is the only time I have ever left a review for anything in my entire life, but I felt like others should know to steer away from this business.

Wow! Tried to get a quote and was insulted and bullied for asking a question. She talked over me and would not answer the question I was trying to ask. Then she answered a different question and blamed me for not listening when I tried to repeat the question I actually asked. Bragged about the company's Aloha. Really? No aloha here. Just rude and condescending dismissal. She kept telling me she was too busy and I was wasting her time. Wouldn't listen or let me get a word in edgewise. Not sure how they get customers...

Judy Moa and her team were fantastic to work with. We were very impressed with their knowledge and customer service. Highly recommended.
