We used them for years and I forgot we had, but the moment my policy wasn't going to be renewed by Security First, they did communicate the details immediately. I've gone with a different provider, but I do appreciate the years.

Negligence that borders on criminal in my opinion. If you enjoy having your insurance broker letting your home owners insurance lapse during hurricane season because they "didn't notice" your mortgage company didn't pay it, and then never call you to give you an update on when it will be paid, then definitely go to North Shore Insurance Group. I will not be using them in the future and cannot recommend staying away from them enough.
