NC Farm Bureau Insurance

Angel Joyner is the best insurance agent I have ever dealt business with. Her tone of voice just draws you into listening at the business wholeheartedly. Let me tell you, I was in Europe this past March and my insurance was due. Angel did not know I was out of the country. She called me and told me my insurance was due and I was so happy, I paid it right on the phone. That's what a good concerned agent does when you know they are working for the people. I would like to see Angel Joyner one day become manager of the Yanceyville, North Carolina Farm Bureau Branch.

I have been with Farm Bureau for about 22 years. Donna Ligon has been my agent for 19 years of those 22 years! I highly recommend Donna she helped us when nobody else could or would on new driver coverage and cost. I have all my insurance needs though Donna at Farm Bureau. House, car, life, garage, tractor all business accounts. If you want someone who is honest, hard working and who will be there when you need them Donna at Farm Bureau is who you need to call. She might not can get you everything you want but she sure will give a 100% to try and get you what you need. I am appreciative of her and her staff. They all are awesome and they are a bunch of great friendly people who love their job, community and customers and it shows!

After being introduced to Farm Bureau (FB) by Angel when she had an information table at a local event, we switched our insurance (home, farm and auto) to FB insurance. We are so thankful that we did! Angel and Donna have been amazing to work with! Donna made a farm visit to talk to us and so that she could see first-hand what we needed insured. She then went back to the office to work up a quote. We were SHOCKED at the amount we would be saving by moving all our insurance needs to FB. Not only are we saving a few thousand dollars (yes, I said THOUSAND!), but we are also getting MORE coverage. Both Angel and Donna have been amazing, and continue to be awesome whenever we need to talk to them. They are most always available or promptly return calls if they happen to be out or otherw

Have home owners insurance but tried to bundle car. Was quoted on our exact credentials, then denied by Donna Ligon. Do not recommend. Arbitrary coverage. May consider changing home owners insurance. Update, still no bundle coverage. Obviously was rattled about my one star review as they got 11 people to review them the same month i posted my review. This is so you dont see mine and to repair their star rating. Like all the other NC Farm Bureau they deserve a 3-4 star rating. Told us to kick rocks till November we are no longer in mediation and as we proved already were never at fault for anything they were claiming to use against us.
