I had an amazing experience with Caswell Insurance! Not only did they save me money on my home and auto policies, but their service is top notch. They care about their clients and it shows in every interaction. Responsive, informed, professional but down to earth--I couldn't ask for more!!!

Only selecting one star because I have to. I had quit my job and needed to get medical insurance. I contacted them, went through all the questions and answers and agreed to get my medical insurance through them. Did all the paperwork over the phone and gave all the proper payment stuff that was needed ask the woman three times if there was anything else that was needed and this was supposed to be going into effect on January as it was open enrollment in January I never received any medical cards so I went in there and asked about my insurance cards and the lady says that no payments were ever received on them policies, I said bull I know exactly when I did it. I know where I was at when I did it because I had to pull over to the side of the road and give her all the information so I wouldn

We’ve saved a bunch of money and had great service using Caswell Insurance! Irvin and his staff are so friendly, professional and quick to work with. Our family feels like we are a part of their family and he and his staff really look out for us. Everyone we have referred has been just as pleased with the quality of service and saving money too!
