This is the worst run place I've ever delivered. Slow as hell, tight, and completely overcrowded to the point where they have trailers dropped in the street. The city should come shut this place down.

Got here at 0700. Sign says, “Your Detention Time Begins When We Put You On A Door...” Funny. I thought it was when I checked in. Lots of truck traffic and mud (when rainy). Friendly but SLOW but not too awful for loading. Lots of day cabs doing drop and hooks. Waited way about 45 minutes to get a dock. Then about an hour to get loaded.

Wasn't too bad of an experience. I checked in a little before 7 am. The dock boss and yard jockeys were very friendly and quickly assigned myself and other drivers our doors. I was on my way in about 1 hour. Parking is very limited. You may have to park on the street for a moment until a spot becomes available. Dock 1 is where I backed up to. Ripped a mudflap off my tractor so you might want to tie you mudflaps up to avoid the problem.You will see mudflaps all over the street.

Unloading is right off the street may have to go over the curb to park, not so easy during the day with the traffic and spotters crossing around but loading is on the other side ( north) of the building where is the check in( enjoy themud)! They let me use the bathroom 👌 so rear thouse days with the 🤴💩 the manifacturing plastic barrels and IBC tanks.

If you pick up from Mauser double check your Hazmat paper work; it’s probably wrong seeing as they can’t even spell Charlotte correctly. Don’t do them any favors. Moreover, as a driver with a full bladder I was curious if they had an industrial restroom or a more office restroom. I saw it was an office style and realize I wouldn’t be welcomed and decided not to use it, yet just as I was doing so a friendly Hispanic lady that was short decided to say something snide in Spanish; how convenient that I speak Spanish! I overheard her and replied to ask what ? She ran and hide and didn’t come back out. She’s rude and a coward.
