Monica Edwards - State Farm Insurance Agent

I previously had insurance coverage from a different agency for eleven years. We had six vehicles, our home, and rental property insured. Unfortunately the premiums continued to increase often. Also customer service lacked knowledge and professionalism. My son also was not happy with his insurance company and also chose to seek another. He ultimately chose State Farm and was given great prices and service. He recommended I switch our coverage to them. I did. I dealt with Monica Edwards who was very kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I trust I will not be disappointed in my decision to change.

This State Farm team is amazing! They are not only knowledgeable and productive, but also truly great people. Every interaction feels welcoming and supportive, and they always go above and beyond to help. We all work well together and care about both our clients and our community.

I'm not a fan of her hours but Monica gives us excellent service once I get her on the phone. And while her assistant Angelica Bernal sometimes comes off a little short, they are professional and helpful for all our insurance needs.

I have been with Monica for 8 years. It's extremely disappointing the way I've been treated for the past three months. I've been a good customer always paid my bill on time with no claims. They have added coverage to my policy without my consent increasing my bill for the past 3 MONTHS. Mercedes is extremely rude and refuses to help. The supervisor Gabby avoided me for two weeks. When I finally got a hold of her I was told that I have to pay or my policy will be cancelled without any explanation.Completely fraudulent in my opinion. Strongly recommend GEICO
