Mo Haggag: Allstate Insurance

I would never recommend this agency, they are grossly over priced and do not care or listen to their customers. I was a customer until they significantly increased my auto insurance every year for no reason and said they couldn't do anything about it. So I packed my bags and left Allstate for another major auto insurer that gave me the exact same insurance for half the price.

Great customer service! They were patient and answered all my questions

Someone who wasn't on my auto policy, canceled my policy....and I was driving around for almost 40 days without insurance; unbeknownst to me. The team was rude, abrasive and clueless of their mistakes. They don't communicate well and do the bare minimum to keep you as a "customer". Roseanne is entirely incompetent as an agent and kept making the process worse. Mo attempted to help, his attempt to "help" was making a last ditch effort to bad talk my new insurance provider. I have been here for years as a client and they simply. don't. care. Worst agency you could possibly work with. This agency is a joke; their work ethic and customer service is horrendous.
