Andrew Eddie - State Farm Insurance Agent

Tuesday, 9/23/2025 at 11:33 AM PT I called Andrew Eddie State Farm and spoke with a younger sounding woman who flatly refused to help me in the most basic of terms with quite the snotty attitude. Their insured* hit our AVIS rental car from behind while on her phone at the Ontario Airport terminal. In all the stress of the moment we did not get her contact information, only a picture of her insurance card. My simple request was for her insurance agent's office, Andrew Eddie State Farm, to please just contact her, give her our contact information. Our family has been insured with State Farm for 4 generations over 75 years in three states and we would absolutely expect our agent to provide this most basic level of assistance should the situation be reversed. Just opened a car insurance policy today with Mathew. He was absolutely great and so easy to work with. I let him know that I was having issues with my previous insurance company.
