I was in a bind as my home owner's insurance was not going to renew my policy. I reached out to a neighbor who referred me to this agency. I spoke with Kelly first who was very helpful and she connected me with Marie. Marie has been such a pleasure to work with. She is always, kind, compassionate and professional and very sweet!

Kelly was so efficient and helpful at getting my husband and I set up on our joint insurance policy. She was very patient, knowledgeable and welcomed any questions I had. I am delighted to say that I experienced true customer care and service!

This review is all about Marie who is one of the agents in the office. Recently I decided to leave my long time insurance company because the service turned bad and the prices were just too high - I knew I could do better. I heard State Farm had decent rates and they actually had offices with real life people. So I found the office nearest me and gave them a ring. Marie picked up. She is the nicest and most patient person I ever could have hoped for. She took the time with me over the next couple of weeks. She was not persistent at all. She won me over with her calm demeanor, insurance knowledge, excellent follow up and late hours. Even if I paid a tiny bit more then one of those GEICO type of places, who cares? I am super happy that I made the choice to go with State Farm and th
