Mike Seate - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had the worst experience with this man! I am a property manager and he is AWFUL to our team and his clients! He is super rude and on several occasions has told me he doesn't have time for his clients! SO if you want to be ignored, or spoken down to, then this is your guy! Go with ANYONE else!!

Mike and his team at State Farm have been our insurance agents for 25 years - they are most knowledgeable and responsive - we appreciate them greatly

Mike Seate is by far the rudest and disrespectful agent I have ever dealt with. I have had insurance with him for probably 15 years and he was very nasty when I could not get in touch with them and ended up using another agent for my new car purchase. Upon calling, he talked down to me and then hung up on me!! Terrible customer service!!!

I've had insurance (auto and home) with Mr Seate -Knightdale NC office for over 18 yrs. I called to add my new Range Rover and get full coverage and was told I had to wait a month. Seriously!!! Then he informed me that my Lexus that I have been driving for several years did not have full coverage either. When I bought the Lexus I was supposed to have full coverage since that is required by the bank. I've never been in an auto accident, no traffic tickets and used the homeowners insurance 10 years ago for minor damages to my home. This is the only time after paying years of premiums for my vehicles over the years. They dropped my vehicles to liability only WITHOUT my permission. I am happy to say I now have insurance somewhere else. I am saving so much more money and got the coverage neede

After being with them for over 20 years, 4 houses, 15+ cars, we finally had an auto accident. Mikes response, it's an older car, you don't have full coverage, take it up with the other persons insurance. OP's insurance has been astounding! We will be leaving State Farm as soon as possible. We made our insurance choices based on his peoples advice, lesson learned, he cares about money, no more, no less.
