Truly the most amazing Insurance office ever! Always helpful - Always andwering my dumb questions.. promptly I may add...

Staff shows little patience, and unless you pushed you won’t get the chance to save, staff won’t bring it up for you. State Farm no longer have competitive automobile insurance prices… the drive safe gps savings program is a joke even when you have a score of high 90’s … I was able to find a better policy with a better rates saving of almost $300.00 compared to State Farm (same policy) and with no gps tracking your whole move. (Former 7 years old customer). I would yearly rate this branch a 2 start based on my experience with them for seven years. Update: 01/25/25 After this branch found out about this review, they took the audacity of canceling my policy without my authorization or concern… Even removed my auto policy and info from the app. Never received any email or phone call from the

Cost of automobile insurance is getting to expensive here, I was able to match the same policy with another provider and found my self saving $280.00 for the same policy and you don’t have to deal with the safe & drive gps which savings can barely be seeing at the end. You would expect to save more by using the Safe & Drive compared to other providers but not the case here. Bottom line State Farm is no longer competitive. Do your homework and get quotes from other providers outside State Farm. I should have done this long time ago.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We were dripped after our teenage daughter had a claim. She moved away and even though she no longer lives at home State Farm dropped us. So mich for being a good neighbor! Then we I called the agent for an explanation or to see if they could help reverse the decision I was told that she was "meaning to call me". Sure! She said that Underwriting decision is final. I asked if she was even willing to fight for us and she said no that is not her job. State Farm can see me in court. Now, our new insurance is double the price. Insurance is organized crime. Change my mind!

What a disappointed this whole experience has been. I've had state farm since 1996 they've now dropped me like the rest of Florida I'm left scrambling to find affordable home owners insurance. Thanks I can't even begin to explain what a slap in the face this has all been. My final straw with this particular agent has happened. I recently bought a new car I called over a week ago to get the quote on my new car Donna answered and couldn't be bothered to tell me what the quote was. She was rude and abrupt in telling me she didn't know and would need to call me back. Thanks for never calling me back, what a joke. Rude and incompetent don't waste your time here.
