I have been a customer of Acentria Insurance for many years. My experience has always been very pleasant, honest and straightforward. Two years ago, I had to find a replacement policy for my home. Britny Kinneberg was assigned to assist me with this project and she was absolutely wonderful with her research and very timely replies. One year ago, my second home also needed a new policy. Once again, Britny Kinneberg was tasked with assisting me. She understands excellent customer service and she is always a pleasure to do business with. Her response time is prompt and she explains everything thoroughly.

Hands down Mary at Acentria insurance is the best! A few years ago she was referred to me when I was purchasing a new home and the insurance was 8500 a year. She got me down to 3800 a year. Less than half. She also provided me with renters insurance and my other home. A few months later we moved again. So I took her with me to the new home and over the last 4 years she has gained a bunch of other homes on my street. All of my friends have gotten coverage from her and everyone is happy. She is also very responsive when there is an issue and genuinely cares about people. She deserves way more than a google review!
