I've been with state farm for quite a few of years now, can I enjoy the office especially my local office that I work with. They're all very knowledgeable and kind and really patient to break down information to me as an insured driver. Lyra is just one of the fantastic professionals that really go above and beyond to help me out and to ensure that I know my coverage inside and out and when i'm not understanding what she has just told me, she has no problem reexplaining information and just she is very patient which i really look forward to and feel taken care of. She is a true professional that I really appreciate and will stay a customer because of workers like her. Thank you so much for making my drives everyday feel more safe and at ease Lyra!
