Unprofessional and Poor Service from Kathy and the Team I had a very disappointing experience with Kathy. Unfortunately, Kathy was unprofessional and unresponsive even before we signed up with their office. She promised excellent customer service, assuring us that if we ever needed anything, we could easily get in touch with her, and she would handle everything. Sadly, that was far from our experience. Our policy includes towing coverage, and when I needed my vehicle towed, I had to pay out of pocket. I reached out to Kathy for assistance, and instead of helping directly, she simply gave me the claim adjuster’s contact at State Farm.
