WARNING!WARNING WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH AN INSURANCE COMPANY! CAN'T WAIT FOR AI TO TAKE OVER THESE AGENTS ARE DEPLORABLE! I WANTED TO END MY 6MTH CONTRACT I WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA FEE ON TOP OF BRANDON AGENT FOR MIKE FISHER CANCELED MY CONTRACT A MONTH BEFORE!! MY BANKED FINED ME AS UF I DIDN'T HAVE INSURANCE!! LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH THIS AGENCY DON'T GET STATE FARM THEY'RE RUDE ON TOP OF COSTLY!

Cynthia is the absolute best. She was patient and kind and understanding and has amazing follow thru. She quoted me a rate that better than the other places I called and just happen to have the best attitude. Other people at other companies were cold or not personable. This was the best experience I've had with an insurance company. Shouts out to Cynthia.

They're all cool, any request i made they fulfilled, when i had a claim of missing items within a week my items were replaced. They're slow with overnight tow but i have multiple cars so i wait until morning.. Prices were better than anyone including geico i just added my family on a life insurance policy that was unbeatable. Other than the 3rd party tow late night i have no complaints and would recommend EVERYBODY!
