Excellent customer service from Mario, Katrina and Michelle. They work together as a team to answer my questions and concerns. They communicate if one doesn’t know the answer they work as a team to provide the answers. They have always apologized if they have to call me back or the calls have been delayed. During our accident they helped us reach the claims department because they could not be reached. Even helped us get a claim started for us. This showed they went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of.

Absolutely terrible customer service from Katrina at the front desk. I just called in for a routine cancellation and she was extremely rude, dismissive, and hung up on me. I was truly shocked at how hostile the interaction was

I've been a customer for a year now and have had only positive experiences with this agency and staff. From switching my policies to State Farm, to understanding my options and premiums, to helping me file a small claim, the support I've received has been excellent. Katrina really knows her stuff!

Had to change Agent wouldn't recommend this place please pay attention and never call them Go and see them in person and see how unfriendly they can be.

Disorganized. Disrespectful. Downright nightmare of an experience. They couldn’t get our coverage correct for months (auto and homeowners), caused our coverage to be cancelled (auto), double charged my fiancés parents while charging us for coverage on her car, inexplicably cancelled coverage on my future in-laws’ vehicle, and made it so not even corporate customer service could help, or take a payment, because they couldn’t understand what Michelle’s office was doing. While they owned the blunders, Michelle’s staff, specifically Katrina, was incredibly rude and unhelpful in finding a solution. She would rather argue than fix the problem. Michelle had little to say other than “sorry about your experience.” Find a different agent and avoid the train wreck.
