Michael Petrozzella: Allstate Insurance

I have had Allstate for many many years. This office is by far the worst since Gina left. You can never reach anyone and when you do its always someome different. I've sent emails to Mike and no response. Cant get any questions answered or a return call. Not the Broker I want to work with. Requested a Broker Change.

I found out my homeowner’s insurance was being canceled due to a claim 🙄 I found Gina on Facebook and contacted her right away. She responded asap. Not only that, but she got me pricing and handled everything else- all for a great price! I appreciate her knowledge and work. I’m now at ease that this is handled and I’m not having to pay an insane amount

If there was an option to give them 10 stars...I would. In an awful situation with another insurance company and unfortunately a local broker - called in a mayday to Gina and she instantly solved my issue. In less than four hours she had us insured and covered, saving us thousands of dollars. I never once felt she pushed us into anything, rather directed us to what makes the most sense and was the most cost effective. She gave us advice on other things to do as well. I would recommend her again and again.

The experience with Gina is phenomenal. From start to finish, everything was explained to us regarding the auto and home policy. She is caring and mindful of every point we brought across the table. High recommend and ask for Gina. Great attitude and overall warm feeling. This is a great person to trust your policy with.

We worked with Gina Monti and she was Fantastic! Very responsive and understands the customer’s needs and concerns. We were faced with a difficult homeowner coverage issue after being dropped by our existing carrier because we live on the water with only 3 weeks before we were to renew our coverage. Gina was able to find a new provider with the same coverage at a lower cost. We now have moved all of our other personal insurance (Home, Flood and Auto) to Gina. We would highly recommend Gina.
