Very unhappy with the way my son was treated. As a new driver he paid his whole insurance policy in full for the year and now at the e d of his first year he’s received letters stating he was uninsured for the last month. This is despite paying his one year policy in full a year ago. I understand there might be a discretionary somewhere but the lack of follow through is what’s disappointing. Never again
