Kara and Catherine did a great job in helping me replace my Liberty mutual policies easily and at a much lower cost. It was a fairly complex process as the switch included about 6 or 7 auto and homeowner policies, plus coordinating with the State Farm office in FL which issued a few of the policies. Everything went smoothly. Kara and Alyssa are very competent and pleasant to work with.
