If you need to know what holiday is coming up go with them! I originally walked through the door saying I want to make one payment for a bunch of policy’s- no problem! Then I’m making multiple payments again… call them to let them know about a potential claim- no call back…. Heads up on your policy payment- meh… but one thing they are great at is calling you with an automated message while at work letting you know what holidays are coming up… can we get the insurance aspect right and then maybe we worry about the extras?

Alan and his team provide exceptional customer service. His willingness and expertise in evaluating your existing plans and offering competitive, beneficial solutions is unparalleled. I never realized the importance of renter's insurance until I had a quick conversation with Alan. He was also able to save me money on my snowmobile insurance by switching over from my previous carrier. I've had a great experience working with him and would recommend his services to anybody.
