Once you have signed on as a claimant their web coding only wants to direct you to a login page and has difficulty letting you go to the home page. Unfortunately the redirected login section only has information about your account and nothing else. As a claimant the form is easy to use but it is uncomfortable leaving your fate to a form on the internet. I got an automated response immediately but it was days before any human contact was initiated. No negative consequences yet.
