Great people that find great products to cover our insurance needs. They have always been easy to work with and very helpful.

I am not impressed with this company as a policy holder. A few months ago we had an incident that required filing a claim and needed to know coverage and many other things. That why we had insurance, right...? That day I was told everyone is at lunch, I can send you to voice mail... Today I called as there's a policy renewal, again transfered to voice mail. They said post incident that I needed different coverage, yet never followed up with any advice. I asked for a meeting to get better coverage, no response. I asked for what is it that I am paying for and how does that compare to other markets, no response. I asked my rep to come see my business, understand how it operates so that I have to correct coverage. No. Never happened. Just pay 10's of thousands of dollars to us, money I work

Have used this agency for a few years and honestly wasn't very impressed with their customer service or communication. Never received any phone calls checking on things after I initially signed up and a few months ago when we moved I was looking for new coverage on a different home and after I called 3 times I never received a phone call or even a follow up email on my request. Ended up going with a different agency that was much more responsive.

Heather is AWESOME! She was so patient with me. I like to know all of my options before making a decision and she gave me multiple quotes with different premiums and coverages. She even thought to provide mid-range options that I didn't know were available. Never once did she seem annoyed or bothered by my numerous questions and calls. She also got me the best deal as well. I was exploring different insurance agencies in town and was told by a gentleman that I wouldn't need to check out too many agencies because they all just plug in your information, match you with an insurance company, and will all get the same rates.
