"Helped" me through a time in my life when I was going through some pretty big transitions. I initially felt secure. 4 months down the line found out he did not provide me with the coverage I needed. I had been paying 200 a month for coverage that was no good. When I emailed and called him for a week, all I got I was automated responses. I was FINALLY able to get a hold of Bonnie at Progressive to help me fix things. Thank goodness! #1. My requirements for an SR22 have been long standing! And then this morning I found out my ex husband is still on my homeowners policy! Wow!! And he has to be contacted to be removed! I absolutely have emailed and called you directly! You think I enjoy waiting on hold for 30 minutes to talk to Levi. This is all absolutely rediculous!
