I found this comment I’d made 13 years ago over an issue I’d had with a slightly fractured ankle as a student at South Plains College in Levelland. It ignited the memory of how well cared for I felt, although I’d long forgotten the incident. I was praising the dean at SPC over a fractured ankle that the treatment wasn’t exactly covered by the student insurance policy and how he went above and beyond to help me receive stellar medical attention, but the person responsible for that exemplary work was Mr. Macha. This happened 13 years ago today, and I’d promised back then I’d sing the praises everywhere I could find a place to leave a review. My friends mom came here for insurance and doesn't speak English very well, so she brought her daughter as a translator and they absolutely refused to help her because she didnt speak English. They didn't care that she brought a translator, they just outright refused to help her.
