Called me saying my payment was due called back 4 times with no answer trying to pay. Then my boyfriend called to see if he could get through(did) but they refused my payment because it was his phone. I called off my phone again and they said they could no longer take my payments over the phone. I had to go in. Informed them I’ve always made payments over the phone and was due any second to give birth and wouldn’t be able to come in but didn’t want my policy to expire. Everyone was rude and I will find a better company to work with. They denied my payment 3 times and had to call back to get it.

Friendly Customer Service, and they give you a courtesy call about a week before your insurance is due, I love the reminder with how crazy life can get some things slip my mind
