I have been a client of Lowry insurance now for almost 2 years and have nothing but great things to say about my experience with them. Specifically Heidi - she is extremely knowledgeable, and handles my needs with diligence and care. This is definitely the best agency not only in the SouthPark area, but all of Charlotte.

Been a client of Lowry & Associates for over 20 years. Wonderful customer service from Sandi & Stacey. They are no longer there. Been so disappointed in the service I have received from Patti Ferron. Our car ins. premium for a year went up $1,272.00. We found another insurance company for homeowners and car ins less than our car ins. Same coverage Since the sons took over this place has gone to the dogs.

I just want to start off by saying this is the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. I don’t understand the purpose of paying insurance if they don’t want to pay when it comes to an accident. The adjuster asked for my hospital bills once I sent them he stopped responding. Took a month to see any progress, then they refused to pay for damages done in the accident, they also closed my case without asking about any medical bills or expenses. Stopped paying for my rental car before my car was even done. I called them, the lady had him re open the case, now that he has the bills I’m not getting any feedback!

I never thought I’d write a review for insurance, but here I am. Recently we started our own business and with that we needed business insurance. We know just about bubkus regarding this so we were apprehensive about the process and the price. We started out with general business insurance brokers, but we quickly found the at they did not understand our business or the appropriate insurance for us.
