I could not be more pleased with my recent experience with Lori Ann Spachek State Farm Insurance. My claim was processed quickly and professionally. The agent I dealt with at the corporate office was very helpful. She always returned my calls in a timely manner and kept me informed about the progress of my claim. The settlement was fair. Ryan at the local office called during the process and just wanted to know how my wife was (she was in the accident) and if there was anything they could help with. Nicely done.

I worked with Jonathan to set up new auto and renters insurance. He was polite, professional, and made the process painless. I'm a Pittsburg native but currently live elsewhere in Kansas, and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get everything set up remotely with just a phone call. Pricing on my new coverage felt fair and reasonable.
