Farm bureau is awesome. We use them for our commercial and business insurance, and Valerie and her team have been nothing short than amazing. Unlike other insurance companies, Farm Bureau actually answers the phone (which is nice when you need a COI on the fly). The team at Farm Bureau is very good at communicating and working with families and small businesses. This past year, our small business experienced a complete economic loss of one of our commercial vehicles, Farm Bureau was actively involved to make sure we were taken care of.
