I don’t typically write reviews, but experience with Michelle Adams at State Farm was so extraordinary that silence felt like an injustice. From the moment she spoke, it was clear that I wasn’t just talking to an insurance agent; I was speaking to a guardian angel who also happens to carry extensive knowledge about renters insurance. She explained every detail with the precision of a NASA engineer and the patience of a saint. She made me so excited about insurance, I wanted to insure everything right down to my favorite opossum socks. As you might expect, Michelle did more than help me with my renters insurance. She restored my faith in humanity, cured my existential dread, and possibly aligned my chakras.

My husband and I have been clients of Lisa’s for many years, now. Every time I call the office needing something insurance related, they are more than personable and accommodating. I called the office today and spoke with Michelle and she promptly took care of what we needed. I highly recommend this office and the individualized service they provide.

This insurance branch is exceptional. Michelle, the woman I worked closely with, was professional, helpful/knowledgeable about the plans, and very kind. She responded almost instantly whenever I would reach out. Michelle and the rest of team were welcoming when I joined Statefarm recently.. as it was cheaper than my first car insurance plan.
