Lisa Olsen: Allstate Insurance

Home owner insurance increased 45% from 2025 to 2026, is this reasonable? Car insurance was terribly costly too.

I will never trust Lisa again. She ruined my family’s life financially and emotionally. She has to be the worst credit agent I have ever had to deal with. She originally gives you discounts to give good reviews on her page and then ends up not covering you when you need it. Avoid at all costs!

Lisa Olsen is wonderful. With saying that Allstate is a joke if you have home owners they never pay for anything they aways have a loop hole. And auto starts out cheap but ever 6 months a Huge increase even if you have a good driving record

Their Agency made the usually awful experience of getting insurance SMOOTH & ACTUALLY PLEASANT! Everyone I spoke with was very nice, cordial, yet informative! All my questions were answered fully, and precisely. No "Bull-", and no heavy sighs... (like your wasting my time)! Very professional, informed in the field of insurance, and ALWAYS checking to see if I was comprehending and satisfied. I would strongly recommend this Agency to anyone needing insurance!

If I could give zero stars I would. They are a terrible company to deal with, they refuse to let you get an ACTUAL estimate when their client hits you. Been almost a month long ordeal trying to get them to pay for the damages to my vehicle. Anywhere would be better.
