Very disappointing and unprofessional! Extremely unfriendly, not helpful at all, and came across as arrogant. Important documents were deliberately withheld, seemingly with the intention of setting us up for failure. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable – we strongly advise against working with this agency. Stay away – worst agency experience ever.

★★★★★ - Exceptional Efficiency with a Unique Style Derya Essinger at Lions Group is truly in a league of her own! I’ve never experienced such an efficient, no-nonsense approach to customer service. She cuts right to the chase—no need for lengthy explanations or back-and-forth conversations. In fact, she’s so focused on saving time that she didn’t even let me finish my question before delivering the answer I didn’t even know I needed and promptly ending the call. Some might call it abrupt; I call it time management at its finest! It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to moving things along quickly that they even know when the conversation is over before you do. While some might appreciate a little more back-and-forth, I have to admire the confidence it takes to end a call so decisively.

Derya Essinger is very rude and works against her clients instead of for them in order to make a few more dollars for herself. Better go to other agencies! There are far friendlier insurance agencies in SW Florida where you can get better service and cheaper insurance.
