I recently contacted Jordan about switching insurance companies. I explained what I was looking for, and she was able to get everything set up at a great price. What really impressed me, though, was her dedication to customer service. They were experiencing issues with their payment system, and Jordan told me she’d call me back once it was up and running. As it got close to closing time, I reached out again and asked when they closed. She told me, “5, but I’m going to stay until the system is back up so I can get you taken care of.” That level of commitment truly stood out. Thanks, Jordan!
