I like the professionalism of the Cooke Insurance staff. I had an excellent experience with Zelle, Kristina and Robbin in coordinating my auto policy. Robbin answered all the questions concerning the policy, providing a quote and a break down for it. They are very efficient, knowledgeable and work very well together. I give these guys five stars. Their customer service stands out due to the simple fact of having an employee like Robin on their team. This lady goes above and beyond in her customer service. I followed her from one insurance agency to another due to this fact! Robin knows I have been dealing with memory loss issues as of lately and has went above and beyond to help in my transition of insurance companies. We live in a world where technology rules most of our everyday lives and we tend to forget to be personable. Robin goes the extra mile in doing so.
