Terrible insurance agency ! Son Rateros !They charge $100 just to cancel a policy. My dad doesn’t know how to read . They were taking advantage of him ; first when he called them ; as soon as he told them he wanted to cancel they said: we are busy ; “we will call you back” . Then he called them again and they wanted to charge $100 . Please don’t trust them!!!

Sarai was such amazing, helpful and very nice. She helped me get an affordable price for two cars. She also answers every question I didn’t understand. She is a very great person and should be given a higher raise.
