Doesn’t know how to handle car accidents, bad customer service! Car got hit over a week ago, playing phones tag is all they have me doing switching poeple in the office to tell me they don’t know what’s going on with my case, worse insurance company to deal with, I guess I have to figure this out alone since kk insurance has no idea what’s going on!

They are very nice and extremely helpful. You can get your plates right there and they will switch your insurance from one car to the other with no problem. They will do whatever they can for you as fast as they can I would recommend them to anyone!!
