Jackie M was a super star at the Lowell Branch. Despite me coming in ten minutes before close (which I felt really guilty for 😭😭), she helped me get my insurance straightened out for my new vehicle and even asked to help with the registration despite it being closing time. I cannot appreciate her enough for the help she gave me, as well as her positive attitude — she was fun to banter with, and very professional. Now I don't have to worry about waiting two weeks to get to AAA or take time off to go to the DMV. Thank you so much Jackie!!!! :)))

Darlene took the time to understand the issue, and was easy to talk to…which after having to explain the whole confusing situation to so many people was nice to talk to someone pleasant and wanting to be helpful for a change. I had been looking for an insurance agent through the whole process, and the customer service Darlene provided sold me on going with them, and also was the best quote I received.
