Kirk Nichols American Family Insurance

We use Kirk Nichols American Family Insurance for home, auto, and life insurance. We've used them for just a few years now, but we're fairly certain we'll be sticking around. My questions are always answered, everyone at the office is always helpful, and we feel comfortable and confident with their services.

Had them years ago when I was Jerri Cooper never had a problem but whoever the lady is that works in the piqua office now and answers the phone is very rude and talks down to you. Very snobby personality. I called today to get insurance for my husband and i.didnt even finish the phone call. Used to recommend them but now I would say go somewhere else and get treated better.

Don’t offer sr 22 bonds

I have had my Car Insurance here for many years!! The Staff is always so nice and helpful everytime I talk to them. Thank you American Family. Very reasonable in prices. Highly recommend them.

Don't waste your money or time with these people. Worst insurance company you could possibly go with
