One Star – Unacceptable Customer Service I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with the receptionist at our local office. After trying multiple times to resolve a simple issue with an expired card on autopay—leaving voicemail after voicemail with no response—I’ve been repeatedly charged $100 in bank fees every month. This has gone on for far too long, simply because someone isn’t doing their job. When I finally got through, I was told, “If you can’t afford their insurance then you’re more than welcome to look elsewhere.” Completely unprofessional and insulting. Can never talk to agent. Or get anything done always out of office. When you call claims never get to talk to a real person .called 8 times 2 days in a row and still never got problem solved. This how they do to get out of paying any claims.

I had insurance through this agency and canceled my policy and have yet to still receive any return for the money I had just paid. I’ve called and I have emailed several times and called corporate and still nothing definitely don’t recommend these clowns. Very unprofessional and will never use them or State Farm ever again

John Jr is amazing! He has been my agent for several years. Always friendly and tells things like it is. If you are looking for a new agent I highly recommend them!
