Kevin Duffy: Allstate Insurance

Their marketing schemes are sketchy. They send a "Quote" in the mail, advertising a cheaper rate, then when you call, they will really quote you more than double the marketing "Quote". Beware, don't waste your time.

I recently signed up for Allstate's MileWise program through this office hoping to save on my car insurance based on my actual driving habits. To provide context, I have a vehicle that I drive once every quarter. I drive less than 500 miles per year. Since signing up for the service in September, I have not driven the car and was charged 398. The billing is sporadic and in outrageous amounts.My experience has been far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the lack of transparency is astounding. When I enrolled, I was promised clear information about how my driving would be monitored and how it would impact my premiums. Instead, I found myself buried in vague terms and unclear metrics that left me confused about what behaviors would actually save me money. The app itself is not user-frie

The folks in this particular office are always friendly and courteous. I have no issue with the staff at all. But the rates are way too high anymore even tho I haven't filed a claim or gotten any tickets in years. Yet my rates have increased $300 every year the last couple years and that's just absurd and unacceptable. After nearly 35 years with them, I'm switching to another carrier.

I have been with Allstate for about three years or more. When I first called there was such a professional uplifting voice asking how was I doing and how could they assist me. Right there I knew that this company was for me. I really didn’t want to be taken advantage of far as prices and thus big run around about prices. To my surprise the young man on the line heard my heart and frustration I was having with trying to find affordable insurance. Not only was my request about affordable insurance taken care of but, I received several calls making sure that the insurance that I was offered was right for me and my family. I have been with the company for 10+years. I've never experienced any type of issues with either having Life and auto insurance with Allstate. Good customer service, timely response to inquiries and phone calls. I'm always kept abreast via e-mail of updates and offers relating to products and services to better suit my needs and to The bottom line is that HONESTY is the best policy. With their general and technical knowledge of the business it is "HANDS DOWN". I'm truly a satified client. Thank you
