Emily Kendall at State Farm is absolutely outstanding. She always makes what could be a stressful situation feel manageable and straightforward. Emily gives great advice and truly takes the time to guide you through the process whenever you hit an obstacle. I have all of my coverages through State Farm and specifically choose to work with Emily because I trust her completely. She’s knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend!

Never understood what was truly going on with my policy because Emily failed to convey it to me. Emily's advice continually backfired and there was a gap between the premium I owed ~ agent telling me one number, underwriters sending me another. Emily failed to send over my last requested quote and could never seem to give accurate information. Quite a friendly person however our relationship soured once I submitted my first claim. During my final conversation with Emily she proceeded to tell me my requested internal agent transfer had been "rejected" which turned out to be misinformation.

Emily Kendall is not only a great resource for home and auto insurance, but she genuinely cares about her clients! Thank you so much for taking the time to make sure my husband was okay after his accident, take the time to explain the process with us, and continually check back in on the matter. Your help has been greatly appreciated! It is true, like a good neighbor - State Farm is there!

All is well until you get into a car accident, then they do not want to pay! Becareful of them using used car parts on your new car!
