Ken Kaid - State Farm Insurance Agent

My business towed a vehicle for Ken Kaid's Client. We have details and pictures of the vehicle along with the address to and from. He has simply denied payment with no justification. We provide a roadside service and Zero payment for our work.

Horrible communication. Multiple requests over the course of two weeks to email a temporary insurance card were ignored or forgotten. Policy got cancelled because of an error on their end and they blamed me instead of owning up to their mistake. They put the incorrect car and name on my wife’s insurance card. More phone calls and a week to clarify that. A WEEK. My family has 4 vehicles, a home and a business. All with State Farm. I thought we would be treated as a higher priority but were let down. Switched to a professional office as soon as possible and never looked back.

I wish I could give them 0 stars this agency needs to shut down, never return phone calls, emails, lie about having things finished will never call you back. Thank you for helping me leave State Farm you made the decision easy.

Excellent customer service. I find their rates to be comparable if not better than other competitors. State Farm and Ken Kaid for life.
