I've personally been a long time client of Ken Inouye State Farm agency. My mother used them since the the 1980s-90s and when I got my first car in 1998, I got my insurance with Ken's agency. These days, young kids are trying to find the cheapest insurance, but they will find out that they will get what they are paying for. All I have to say is that they've been there when we've needed them! Highly recommend Ken and Mike! The customer oriented service sets them apart! State Farm really takes care of you.

Ken Inouye's office has been my insurance agent for a good number of years, but it was not until I had a claim that I realized how valuable having the right agent is. Anyone can sell you an insurance policy, but are they there when you need it? They were and are. We face several months of clean up and reconstruction, and Mike has been exceedingly helpful and responsive in explaining the arduous process and assisting in managing the flow of documents that need to be processed. Mike's assistance has reduced our stress levels and we really appreciate the exceptional service we are receiving.

Professional, Responsive, Good Value Ken Inouye's office has been handling my insurance for quite some time now I was recently out of insurance because of personal issues but my new Agent Mike got me back on my feet and covered in no time at all.
