We have worked with Kemper for over 20 years. They have always been recognized as the industry leaders. I've trusted them with insuring my own vehicles and I highly recommend them. Big shout out and thank you to the whole team at Kemper.

Kemper is good for a family insurance. I think one area they can improve in is contacting the right person in the family. This insurance requires patience which is good for some people. I learned to be honest with my agent assisting me and it has worked great wonders. Juan was able to help me by delegating the work but still managing the case from the back end. Kemper is great as a family insurance, but I wish they offered AAA towing.

Stay away from this insurance company. I have full coverage on my car, and now they're trying to blame me for the damage to my car, which was parked on the street. They don't care. I took my car to one of their repair shops, and one of the employees told me I should switch insurance companies to avoid problems like the ones I'm currently having with Kemper. I deeply regret choosing Kemper.

Just terrible service from everyone. You file a claim and they take forever. They keep you in the dark and they don’t really have your best interests in mind. They try to make your life more difficult rather than helping. I have to put 1 star but if I could I would put 0.

I’m upset, I cannot get in contact with the adjuster to see if she can let me know the status of my car. When will it be repaired or what they’re going to do. It’s like pulling teeth to get in contact with them. I’ve called many times even left a messages with no call back. The adjuster needs to be in contact with the customer by phone or mail to let them know where we’re at. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I pay my insurance every month. The adjuster could at least keep in contact with me. It’s been 2 months now and nothing. 👎🏾 I’m disappointed with this company. I don’t even know the condition of my car or where it’s located since it was picked up by someone who stated they represented the company. It was a scam. I’m frustrated. I want to know when, where and how long this
