I have been with State Farm for 32 years. I switched to Kelly recently because I wasn’t getting much help from my other agent. Heather DeGregorio spent considerable time with me this week completing a very thorough insurance review and answering a myriad of questions. I had one policy that was increasing considerably, and upon completion of her review, she had multiple creative options to propose. She even worked late on a Friday to ensure everything was finalized properly. I have never had someone go to this length for me regarding insurance. In fact, I can’t recall the last time someone provided such great service anywhere. Thank you, Heather, for all of your hard work and tremendous customer service! I really appreciate all of your efforts!

Kelly Wicks is an amazing insurance agent. Any issues that we may have we can call her and she helps us with the entire process. When we had storm damage, she was instrumental in helping us get a satisfactory outcome of the claim. I would highly recommend her!
