Kathy Verschelde: Allstate Insurance

Really odd and creepy marketing from this company. They sent an unsolicited piece of mail to me with a picture of my house on it. I already know what my house looks like so there's no point. And what I don't need is someone looking it up and sending me a picture that I feel implies, "we employ serial killers and you'll be on our episode of dateline." Whoever determined this marketing strategy has earned a 1-star review. Also, the letter they sent claims they have a "5.0" star google rating which is obviously false when fact checked. If the marketing is lying, how can anyone trust them? Avoid this agency.

I was very pleased about my experience, My agent was such a pleasure to work with. I still have home owners insurance with you. If I ever get another vehicle I will be calling to get coverage once again. Just isn't working out right now.

I switch to all-state once I purchase my home, because of rates provided by others. My home insurance has increased every year since been with them, but I did do research and called this office to discuss. Chris went over my policy and made needed changes, which I appreciate. I am writing this review to thank Ms. Bailey for personally assisting me in filing a claim for damage to my parked vehicle as a result of the recent severe storms that plagued our area. Initially I attempted to resolve this problem through the Allstate 1-800 service number. The person who attempted to get help asked questions about damage to my vehicle I could not answer. A tree limb struck the windshield breaking the glass and also damaged the right windshield mechanism. There was possibly additional damage under the hood where it meets the windshield that I could not properly make an assessment.
