We just did our annual review with Jordan. She makes sure we have the coverage we need at the best rates we can get. The office staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Don’t respond very well even to my new agent, convinced me not to file a claim for a hit and run which happened while I was in the store, and in order to get me to sign with them told me I was eligible for the good student discount and gave it to me even though I told them I currently wasn’t. If I hadn’t had State Farm as a teenager I would have never used them again luckily my new agent is great!

Went to Jordan's office with a few questions and .et with her. She answered all my questions and reviewed my policy with me. Very pleased with the time and interaction I had with her. I would recommend her as your State Farm agent 10 out of 10.
